Planning Board approves Raising Cane's site plan for 200 Endicott Street.

Planning Board · Meeting of January 27, 2026

DANVERS — Planning Board approves Raising Cane's site plan for 200 Endicott Street restaurant. The board unanimously backed the 3,300-square-foot drive-through facility in the C-3 zone, which replaces a 6,600-square-foot office building and reduces curb cuts from three to two. Traffic improvements include a driveway shift of 12 to 15 feet from the Sylvan-Endicott intersection, yield control measures, and a police detail during peak hours for 30 days post-opening.

The board scheduled a six-month post-opening safety review and separately continued a 24-unit mobile home park expansion at 98 Newbury Street to February 10 for engineering comments.
