DANVERS — Planning Board continues two site plan reviews. The board unanimously postponed a Raising Cane's Restaurants application at 200 Endicott Street to January 27, 2026, to allow Attorney Nancy McCann's team to finalize traffic review and conditions. A mixed-use redevelopment at 83 Elm Street and 5 Essex Street proposing 13 residential units and ground-floor commercial space was continued to March 10, 2026, after a mortgage-release delay complicated the site plan.
Both applications moved without formal objection.
