Danvers Zoning Board approves three applications at February hearing. Chair John Boughner led a unanimous approval of a Special Permit for an Extended Family Living Area of 926 square feet at 7 Wildwood Road (Docket 26-5129), and a Variance for 142.5 square feet of signage at 100 Independence Way for AMC Theater (Docket 26-5131). The board also granted a Finding to add a third residential unit at 123 Dayton Street by a 3-2 vote, with Boughner and Corinne Doherty dissenting over R-3 zone precedent concerns.
Planning Director Brian Szekely announced a signage bylaw reform proposal moving to the Town Manager by February 20 and the Planning Board on March 24.
