DANVERS — Zoning Board of Appeals grants deck variance and Chick-fil-A signage approvals. Chair John Boughner and five voting members unanimously approved a finding to allow a deck expansion at 7 Adams Avenue and voted unanimously on two separate motions to grant variances for wall signage and pylon signs at 50 Independence Way, with the pylon capped at 15 feet tall and 45 square feet maximum. A special permit application to create an Extended Family Living Area at 7 Wildwood Road was continued to January 26 pending submission of updated floor plans and consideration of design modifications to comply with bylaw square footage limits.
