Danvers Select Board rescinded two suspension votes from August 18 due to improper agenda placement. Member Gardner S. Trask, III moved to reconsider and rescind votes on one-day suspensions held in abeyance for US Sushi Inc., d/b/a J&J Asian Cuisine and Lounge, and Danvers Kappy's Inc., d/b/a Kappy's Fine Wine and Spirits.
Michael D. Bean seconded the motion, which passed 3-0. Chair Dutrochet "Dee" Djoko opened the meeting after Town Counsel determined the August 18 action was not properly placed on the agenda.
The Board will discuss the suspensions on October 6.
