DANVERS — Select Board unanimously approved three business licenses at its September 3 regular meeting. The board voted 4-0 to grant a one-day wine and malt beverage license to Danvers DCAT for its September 24 celebration of the organization's 25th anniversary, a Common Victualler License to Danvers Pizza and Subs for dine-in food service, and a change of officers approval for Doubletree Boston North Shore's all-alcohol license. Chair Dutrochet Djoko and Member Gardner S.
Trask III disclosed relationships with DCAT but indicated those conflicts would not affect their votes.
