DANVERS — Select Board approves secondhand dealer license for mall-based shop. The Board unanimously granted Meryem Wingate's Secondhand Dealer's License for Fashion Jewelry and Repair at Unit 125, Liberty Tree Mall, 100 Independence Way, following a public hearing under Town Bylaws Chapter X. Wingate outlined compliance procedures including proof of age verification and computerized records with date, time, and transaction details.
The application had prior approval from the Department of Public Safety with all paperwork verified in order by Town Clerk Catherine S. Ellsworth. Select Board member Daniel C.
Bennett motioned approval, seconded by Gardner S. Trask III; the vote was 4-0.
