DANVERS — Planning Board approves barn expansion at 103 High Street following fire recovery. The board unanimously approved Special Permits and voted 4-0 to waive outdoor-amenity-space requirements for B. Dupont-Raesly, LLC's barn-style addition at the High Street corridor, which includes new kitchen prep, freezer, and refrigeration space with no increase in customer seating, parking demand, or employee count.

Owner-operator Brittany Raisley noted removal of three parking spaces (including a relocated handicap space) and ground-floor transparency reduced to 30 percent due to the barn design. Associate John T. Saeger abstained from the waiver vote, and the board continued the 156 and 158 Maple Street and 54 Cherry Hill Drive applications to June 9.
