Danvers Property Sales Range From $325,000 to $1.325 Million, With Half of Deeds Silent on Price

Danvers recorded 14 property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $325,000 to $1,325,000 and a median of $725,000 among the seven deeds that listed a price. The top sale was 130 Pine St. at $1,325,000, followed by 8 Riding Club Rd. Lot 7 at $1,125,000. Water Street saw four separate transfers during the period, the most of any street in the dataset. The remaining seven sales carried no disclosed price, and all appear to be transfers within the same family or into a trust or LLC, a pattern the deed data shows but does not explain.
