The Essex South Registry recorded 11 Danvers property transfers between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10. Prices are in for six so far, ranging from $655,000 to $13.6 million, with a median of $865,000. The period's standout transaction was 222 Rosewood Drive, which sold for $13.6 million on Oct. 7, far above every other recorded sale.
