Danvers Home Sales Range From $544,000 to $1.1 Million Over Four Weeks
Danvers recorded 14 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, with seven disclosing a sale price ranging from $544,000 to $1,100,000 and a median of $715,000. The period's top sale was 12 Colby Rd. Lot 6009, which sold for $1,100,000 on Sept. 9, followed closely by 17 Stafford Rd. Lot 45 at $1,030,000. Exactly half the recorded deeds, seven of 14, listed no sale price, and five of those were transfers into a trust or to a family member sharing the seller's surname. No street had more than one disclosed-price sale, though 146 Hobart St. saw two recorded transfers between the same buyer and seller on the same day.
