Exactly half the recorded deeds, seven of 14, listed no sale price, and five of those were transfers into a trust or to a family member sharing the seller's surname. No street had more than one recorded-price sale, though 146 Hobart St. saw two recorded transfers between the same buyer and seller on the same day.
