The month's top sale was a condominium unit at 58 River St., which sold for $1,615,000 on July 31, sold by Leonard C. McGrath to Anne M. Murphy. Notably, seven of the 14 transfers appear to be family or trust-related transactions, none of which had a sale price recorded. No street saw more than one recorded sale, and the data does not support characterizing the month as a buyer's or seller's market beyond the raw price spread.
