Danvers Home Sale Prices Range From $302,500 To $1.08 Million
Fifteen properties sold in Danvers from July 31 to Aug. 29, according to Essex County Registry of Deeds records. Eight transactions disclosed a price, ranging from $302,500 to $1,078,770, with a median of $720,000. The period's top sale was 5 Day Ave. Lot 2 at $1,078,770. Seven of the 15 transfers listed no price and appear to be transfers within families or into trusts, a pattern common in deed data and not necessarily a sign of market weakness. The mix of condominium units and single-family homes, combined with a wide range in disclosed prices, points to a varied but unremarkable month of recorded activity in Danvers.
