Danvers Home Prices Range From $344,900 To $925,000 In Late Summer Sales
Danvers recorded 15 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, with eight disclosed sale prices ranging from $344,900 to $925,000 and a median of $667,500. The top sale was 12 Chestnut St. at $925,000, sold by Cornerstone Junction LLC to Constance Linscott. Ten of the 15 transfers involved condominium units or numbered lots rather than standalone single-family homes, and several of the undisclosed-price transfers were trust or same-family transactions. Seven of the 15 sales did not list a price, consistent with typical deed-recording patterns. The available data does not support characterizing the period as favoring buyers or sellers.
