Danvers Conservation Commission lifted enforcement order, issued compliance certificate at 35 Doty Avenue. The Commission voted unanimously to lift the enforcement order after property owner Edward Doherty replaced 16 plants in a 375-square-foot mitigation area, confirmed by staff planner Emily Beatrice. The Commission also unanimously issued a Certificate of Compliance for the property.
