Council on Aging approves minutes, details staffing additions

Danvers Council on Aging unanimously approves prior minutes and announces staff additions. President Geraldine Cosgrove's board reported fiscal balances of $107,746.60 in transportation and $347,633.01 in program accounts. Two new staff joined: Activities Coordinator Juanita Simms (starting February 18) and per diem Van Driver Allen Morris (starting February 24).
An online registration system at rec.us/Danvers launches March 2, and the board discussed plans for "Forever Young," a seniors prom pending formal approval at Danvers High School Atrium featuring a 1950s band at no cost.
