Danvers Conservation Commission cleared three applications outside wetland jurisdiction. With Chair Mary Haight absent, Acting Chair Michael Splaine led the July 23 meeting. The board issued negative determinations for isolated wetlands below 5,000 square feet at 264 Centre Street and for an apartment-conversion project at 51 Newbury Street and 48 Crane Brook Drive involving minor riparian-zone work.

The commission also approved a Certificate of Compliance for a completed addition at 2 Ipswich River Road, completed as permitted in May 2025. All three determinations passed unanimously.
