Danvers Conservation Commission approves waiver for Newbury Street mobile home expansion. Chair Mary Haight led a four-member majority (with Michael Splaine dissenting) in approving a waiver for applicant Steven Tedesco to proceed with pavement work in the 50-foot no-build zone at 96-98 Newbury Street, contingent on a $2,500 bond. The Commission also voted 4-1 to issue an Order of Conditions.
The Commission voted unanimously to require Abiomed to file a Notice of Intent for its office expansion at 54 Cherry Hill Drive.
