Danvers Conservation Commission approves two Certificates of Compliance. The board unanimously cleared an after-the-fact modification to a residential pier at 9 Doty Avenue, where applicant George Vernet's shortened pier now meets the required 48-inch water depth at low tide. The commission also unanimously approved the Certificate of Compliance for 367 Maple Street, closing out construction on the National Veterinary Associates expansion with stormwater improvements complete, though the proposed addition remains pending.
Conditions 15, 16, and 17 will be recorded in perpetuity on the property.
