Danvers Conservation Commission approved three compliance certificates and issued a mitigation order for Sherwood Avenue. The board voted unanimously to approve completions at 35 River Street (Crane River Marina), 152 Endicott Street (hotel and intersection improvements), and 32 Centre Street. On 54 Sherwood Avenue, the board issued an Order of Conditions for a 20-by-30-foot addition and patio near Frost Fish Brook with 2-to-1 native plant mitigation.

Board member Andrew McNulty requested detailed mitigation specifications, while Chair Mary Haight suggested incorporating native shrubs alongside plantings. Public commenter Bill Bradstreet raised concerns about tree loss and retaining wall stability; staff addressed drainage and grading in response.
