Accessibility Commission · Meeting of July 23, 2026

Danvers Accessibility Commission set a July 29 deadline to register Human Library event participants, with approximately seven speakers confirmed for October. Chair J.D. Martz assigned members to finalize registration materials and complete logistics planning for the interactive event.

The commission also reviewed two accessibility complaints: Building Commissioner Tim Hudon approved revised accessible parking plans for Route 114 Plaza, while Member Fawn Anderson agreed to verify that asphalt berms at Village Post Road have been removed. Separately, the commission approved edits to a walk audit report documenting accessibility barriers in Danvers and discussed plans to present the report to the Select Board alongside related town planning efforts.
