Commission continues Elliott Street review
Conservation Commission · Meeting of April 23, 2026
Danvers Conservation Commission continues Notice of Intent review for Elliott Street property. The commission, voting unanimously 5-0, postponed the hearing for applicant Majlinda Vaka's 86 Elliott Street project (DEP File No. 14-1450) to May 14, 2026. Staff Planner Emily Beatrice reported that corrective work ordered at a Doty Avenue property—removal of a 1,200-square-foot sports court, relocation of granite boundary markers, planting of 375 square feet of upland shrubs, and installation of a 100-square-foot pollinator garden—must be completed by June 6, 2026.
A site visit will verify compliance before the enforcement order is lifted.
