Commission approves dock modification at 9 Jacobs Landing with waivers
Conservation Commission · Meeting of January 8, 2026
Danvers approves dock modification at 9 Jacobs Landing with one dissent. The Conservation Commission voted 4-1 to approve an order of conditions for Jeffrey Bunk's dock and gangway project, granting waivers to allow work in protected 35-foot no-disturb and 50-foot no-build zones. Michael Splaine dissented on all votes.
Luke Fabbri represented the applicant. The design includes a rotated gangway and dock repositioned 25 feet from the channel on existing concrete. Work must be completed within three years and display a Chapter 91 harbor license number.
Commission also elected Mary Haight as new Chair.
